This is Julian's 24th book. He is considered a foremost problem creator and his "Play or Defend" won the very first IBPA "Book of the Year" award. His last book (also for SQueeZe) "Back Through the Pack" is a popular and critical success.

Julian is an Associate Editor for Mr. Bridge, publisher of "Bridge" and contributes to many bridge magazines.

Julian lives in South Wales with his wife, Helen, four children and a dog.
